Takes time to get used to it. Biggest thing I have a problem with is in the watch itself, so it's irrelevant here. Also, auto syncing is a myth. It tries really hard but it won't sync unless you physically push the refresh button. It can be confusing at first though because it looks like it's already refreshing most of the time, (it's not). Keep in mind though that your watch and the apps usefulness is dependent upon your level of android and mine is (almost) 2 years old. Good for the $$$.

It works real good don't regret getting it. It doesn't connect to WW (weight watchers) I have to put steps in myself. Only complaint I have is Walmart employee said can get new band on line and that's not true. I've had others check also. My band is blue and it gets dirty and it won't come of at all. So one of these days will have to get another watch. That's only thing I was disappointed in. Why only 4 stars.

Updated the app and now I can't log into the app, can't even reset the watch, because to do that, I HAVE TO BE ABLE TO LOG INTO THE APP!!! *Will update review if I hear from them and/or fix the issue* **UPDATE** RESOLVED THE ISSUE FINALLY.. HAD TO UNINSTALL THE APP, POWER CYCLE MY PHONE, REINSTALL THE APP, THEN POWER CYCLE MY PHONE again!!! (I like the tracker to keep an idea as to how many steps I take every day and to monitor my sleep...)

Disappointing... sometimes just doesn't work, it just stop... and is NOT precise at all, is like a pedometer/watch; no more than that... NO. Publicity shows a LOT more but when you use it it dosen't have even half of publicity or even the box says. It was a extremely disappointing, bought it on sunday and I'll return it today (Tuesday).

The watch works great but the sync up with phone doesn't work. It always gets disconnected and it's really frustrating. If we reset the connection all the history is wiped out. The main reason is to track activity but if the history is wiped out its do very frustrating and of no use.

I love my watch....when it work.. I mostly started using it to track my sleep and heart rate and been using it for 2 weeks. for these 2 weeks I had to reset it twice already because first, it works great then it don't want to sync on the app with the watch and its frustrating because the data I need its not popping up and don't want to start over. they need to fix on the syncing process
