alright 1. you cannot sign up with your email address 2. I'm using samsung galaxy s8 and android 9. I cannot even pair with my phone through bluetooth. It keeps saying pin number requested so I called the company and they said they don't know why it happens. So, they didn't even try to solve the problem and sent the same item back to me. 3. Now I realise again you can't rely on Chinese company's product or even customer service. Utter rubbish

I love how silent it is and that I can choose vibrations other people have created. The size isnt big for me. The end of the tail is uncomfortable because it doesnt sit on my clit. Its on the side of my clit and the tail is pointy which made it painful. Yes, I checked with my finger and it didnt hurt but when it went down there it did sis. Now, for the long distance part, dont. It doesnt work well snd youre gonna get frustrated not turned on. JUST GO GET A REGULAR VIBRATOR.

so figured out that you are given a paper in the box with a qcode it gives a link to a website for a apk file to download whats needed to make the app work my suggetion is that u guys included english version of the instruction oh and for those that are having problems with the bluetooth pairing that it connects but doesnt connect in away it show on your phone other than onn the app/toy as a solid green light connected and blinking when blue tooth is turned off on your phone hope this is helpful

I bought this for my Long Distance BF and I. as far as the app goes I dont like that I can only send the link once every 48 hours. So you're regulating how often my bf are intimate with the toy. No likey. Also, did not like that you have to use a less common 3rd party chat app in order for partner to use... WhatsApp, line, etc. The 2 other options given did not work/download. Lastly the app interface isnt very user friendly.

can't connect to the vibrator because it asks for a PIN number... I don't have any PIN number...

my device won't connect and its frustrating not understanding how to do that, not even the help center in the app can help me.
