I use my scale frequently and this app has helped me keep track of my weight and it's also helped me track calories enough to where I can calculate my body that percentage this app and the scales are highly recommend it especially if you're doing fitness challenges like I am or into bodybuilding It's not 100% accurate but it is very close

Love it. Purchased a few years ago. Finally using It' Easy to use and manage personal healthcare. At 60, 5 wonderful children and 16 Grand children, plus 3 wonderful God children and 6 more grand. Everyone on their own! And finally focusing inward to tend to me as I enter 'my silver age 😘.
