Had this watch for about 2 months now and the face stops responding to taps.I reset it and that didn't solve problem. I contacted customer service and spoke to a female and she couldn't help, as a matter of fact it sounded to me like she never heard of the like before. I can't find the receipt. Maybe I will get rid of it and consider it my lost.

Seems like its a common thing for this watch to freeze up and discontinue working. I tried repeatedly to solve the problem but no such luck. Not a good quality product, you get what you pay for i suppose.

Loved the watch but can't get it to work now and it's only been 6 days since Christmas. Already see a few people saying the same thing "token expired". Will fix review once this issue is fixed. Might have to return it though, if it's not addressed soon. Edit: They fixed the issue and it works great. Great watch for the price. I do package delivery and it's nice to keep track of my steps and active time. Being able to see who's calling or skip songs with out pulling out my phone is a major bonus.

Just got this for Christmas and been having issues with this app sign day one. Wont let me do my correct birth year, it only goes from 2010-2020. It wont connect to the watch. Everytime I try to connect it I get message saying an app needs installed. I have restarted my phone and the app several times and uninstalled and reinstalled it a few times to and that still did not fix the issue. I will give it a few more days but i most likely will take it back for a better one

Just downloaded this app. Got kicked out a couple times already and for some reason logging in through Google doesn't create an account, why can't they be integrated? Also WHY does the birth year only go to as early as 2010??

Just bought the watch and I can't even set my birthday right, obviously its been a problem for a while now because I see a lot of other reviewers are saying the same thing and it hasn't been fixed. Im about to try and sink my phone with the app but others have said they had problems doing so. We will see, I might go ahead and return it because 3+ isn't working on the bugs in the app. This is how a company loses money 💰
