I managed to sync watch and phone but that's it. The details I preset don't stick or do anything also if you lose internet connection everything stops. The video doesn't really work. Good old fashioned paper instructions.

Although the watch is connected with my Android phone, the app doesn't connect with the watch whatever I try (from following instructions to reinstall reboot, etc). My Garmin app works perfectly, so it's not the phone. It's really annoying to pay quite some money for a watch which doesn't give the features you want. How difficult is it to build a working app?

First experience using this app and not a good one. Took several attempts to link watch and app together and the app doesn't show steps walked, even though the watch does. Don't like it. Update, worked out how to link steps, finally. Still no sleep record, apart from once. App is slow, antiquated and pretty poor, considering the quality of the watch. Update :- still think this app is rubbish and needs some serious update action

Well. As many others say, it's quite clumsy, the overall experience is rather disappointing. Compared to, eg., veryfit app, it doesn't work too well. After a couple of attempts, it's connected with watch, synced manually. Anyway, I would highly appreciate some better granularity in watch buzzing alert for incoming messages/events. It has only "social media" reminder, with NO BUZZ of the watch. It could be more divided - down to app level - FCB, Twitter, W.A., others - every of these can have their own alert on watch (if it works with veryfit, why not here???). I wonder if coders/developers even react.

Bogus app, been pairing for three days now. The watch is stuck with an arrow on the screen. The clock doesn't move at all. Tried all advised trouble shooting advice non works

Slow to update from watch, if it updates at all. Profile information, once entered, can not be changed so a provider change means no more e-mail alerts. The app also keeps changing my birthdate. Odd. Good watch, bloody useless app.
