It is impossible to make any entries, pressing back wipes my whole entry completely and so does pressing save to complete. it's infuriating to spend so much time typing in my entries with literally nothing to show.

bad, editing climbs doesn't work: outdoor/indoor, lead/toprope, smiles is always soso-toprope-indoor. You cannot delete climbs. You cannot edit climbs. Unusable. Same bug as 6 month ago.

About this app

We are working hard on our BETA version of Climber Diary.

Climber Diary is here to help you to climb even harder! Track your sessions, visualize your progress and identify those points that will make you climb the next level!

This is the only app that allows you to effortlessly add and track all your climbing sessions (during or after the session) including specific details such as the climbing style, date and duration of the session, location and session “mood”.

Within each session, you will be able to add the ‘grades’ of each of your climbs plus your view about the style of the climb (i.e. ‘pumpey’, ‘crimpey’ or ‘balancey’). Other cool features are that you can add the mood of the session (good session, ok one or horrible session), if your session was indoors or outdoors and if you were bouldering, leading or top roping.

Adding all these data to your session is a matter of seconds as the app has been designed to minimise the amount of time you spend logging the climb. After all is about climbing not inputting data!

Climber Diary contains a unique setting that allows you to visualise your climbing performance weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly so that you can easily visualise your evolution, identify your pinpoints and focus your training.

We have built the app so that it supports all these grading standards : ‘Hueco’, ‘French’, ‘British Technical’, ‘Yosemite Decimal System’, ‘UIAA’ 'RSA' or ‘Font’

You can create and update your profile as you want even adding a photo make it more personal.

One last thing that we have added is a grade calculator to help you figure out what each grade means in other standards.

Currently we have focused on United Kingdom locations, but we will be adding support for more countries in later releases.

We have a full roadmap to make it even more useful, so we will keep you updated. Some initial ideas that we are looking to introduce are:

+ Allowing users to connect and share their climbing diaries.
+ Suggesting workouts or training programmes based on your data.
+ Searching for your newest crag or climbing centre.
+ Checking into certain locations.
+ Further support for other climbing standards and styles.

New features

* Now you can subscribe or unsubscribe from the newsletter from within the app (check your profile).
* Added a whole bunch of auto-complete indoor centres across UK, Ireland, South Africa and France.
* Squashed some cosmetic bug fixes.
