I downloaded the app yesterday and managed to get everything to work as per your instructions and ready to do a demo run today. Overnight my apps updated. When I went into the app this morning I discovered all info was gone and I had to start again by swiping left and filling in my email address and unique no. I received a message on my screen "Authentication Failed. please check your credentials and internet connection". I am using wifi and my connection is 100%. How do I fix this?

I seem to have a similar problem as others ... after downloading App will not work on my Samsung Galaxy 7 phone ... can't get beyond the Always On for the GPS settings. Don't know what power options to choose or if Marathon App should be put always on ... doesn't allow me to click Demo Run thereafter ...?

Tried to update my complaint - with a delete and reload of the app, it is now working and I did my 5km trial. Thank you. Ok so this afternoon I go into the app and I see that my trial run isn't recorded - Am I expected to do another trial run before Sunday?? Soooo I did a morning walk today - 2.7kms according to Strava, 2.04kms with your app!?! And apparently I walked through people's gardens. What is going on?? I will have to run further just to suit your app?? This is totally unacceptable.

How irritating that you set up the app. You allow permissions for locations. GPS has a tick. Ready to go, yet I cant do a practice run. Not cool at all. Update...So I deleted and reinstalled. All worked out. I'm ready to go.

I am really struggling with this app. Now send 4 mails already and still it is not working. At this rate I am running the race on my Garmin Forerunner and can't care less about this app. Why can we not just submit our times from our watches??

The app does not work on my Samsung Galaxy S7. It gets stuck on the power management options. There is no help on how to proceed or what is expected. There is also no way exit the app when finished except by killing it manually.
