I don't think it's clearly written that with the demo version (max 3000pts / CHF 25) you cannot cash out the points. So don't bother using if you're not with Helsana.

Not supporting major Devices manufacturer like Samsung or Garmin is a strong limit. I exercise many hours a week, but don't have the time to insert manually or send pictures. Sad

I would like to see Samsung Health support, so I can sync my data from my samsung Galaxy watch and phone.

Since the latest update it can not load data from Google Fit anymore. I would appreciate if you could fix this problem. It connects to Google Fit, but when it tries to load data automatically or when I try to do it manually, I receive the following error message: "An error occurred during data synchronization. Please try again." I disconnected/reconnected to Google Fit, but it doesn't help.

Full account: with a full account, insured persons with at least one supplementary insurance can collect 30,000 Plus points every year and have over CHF 300 paid out.
Basic account: with a basic account, insured persons with basic insurance can collect a maximum of 7,500 Plus points every year and have around CHF 75 paid out.

How to collect points:
