I think this product has great potential, but brought to market too fast, too sloppy. - Measurements are not accurate - Consistently disconnects from phone even with baby close, so it can't give you peace of mind over night if your baby is not feeling well - price is extremely high for such an inaccurate tool. - the english on the app is bad, makes the tool feel scammy. I wouldnt recommend this tool to a premie or baby with health conditions. Use dreamguard and hospital recommended tools!

App and device are super unreliable, disconnect all the time, very poor user interface. Returned the product because the app is just so poorly done. English translations are terrible on it. Needs alot of work. Definitely didnt give me peace of mind using on my child. Sent it back for a refund because of the app and getting something else. Edit: Company tried to lie in their response. We purchased it brand new through Indigo/Chapters. Also take note it took mooonths to even respond.
