Couldn't even sign up. The app rejected every attempt to choose a password, saying that even jibberish passwords had been implicated in security breaches.

Excellent app with highly beneficial modules to read or listen too. The sleep diary is amazing and it really helps you to track your sleep progress once you answer all the questions. My female therapist was also very helpful and we had virtual zoom sessions once a week so she could discuss my sleep diary and give me additional tips for relaxation and sleep success. I highly recommend this program to anyone who needs help with insomnia. Thank you!

ADDRESS YOUR INSOMNIA SYMPTOMS
Users who are reporting significant symptoms of chronic insomnia will be invited to start the Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for insomnia (CBT-i) with a registered therapist. Users who work “non-traditional” hours will typically be assigned to the Shift Work Program, which is a version of the CBT-I adapted to night workers and shift workers.
