Shows the wrong percentages on the main emergency room list (for Quebec at least). You have to click on each hospital to see the actual capacity. Example Lakeshore shows as 90% but when you click on it, it's actually 140%

Was pretty sceptical about this app at first. I had been on the phone for hours on end to get an appointment with a doctor, wich always lead to me being told they didn't take new patients,or that they were already full... This app got me a rendezvous within 24hrs Very satisfied! No phone calls no time wasted, just a few clics. Fantastic app (I'm from Quebec)

The % of hospital capacity is real and the number of patients as well, but all the ratings are fake, do not read the comments sections, they are copy paste from all others hospital(compare all rating with any hospital, they have the same people commenting identical situations) probably bought fake reviews.....But the stats are real as they got it for free from the Gouverneur du Quebec as they publishes it for free! 2 stars for the real stats.

Interesting that you offer Care Coordinator Service and Send Photo-as-Fax". I think the options are good options for paid. I'm assuming theres other infrastructure behind these offerings. CONCERNS (1) Previous UI was better - too "bubbly" now (2) Doctors included under "Walk-In" that reside in hospital SUGGESTION (1) Add "Search by Quadrant" to bring up clinics all in a given quadrant of a city. (2) List services offered at an Urgent Care Center" (3) Remove doctors at hospitals under Walk-In

If only the app that I pay a subscription for worked,I could give it a better review!! Because of a "high volume of members", I can't even go farther then the log in page! It not just during peek times/hours of the day either. It's all day ,any day. Get it together, or give me back my money.
