Disappointed. I had high hopes but the process was frustrating right from the start. I got patronizing messages from a case manager after I made an error with my first appointment. I tried to figure out the process of getting medical assistance online, but it can be confusing for someone like me. In the end it's not worth the hassle.

Pls be aware u may get a call back from a nurse or a doctor, without a ringtone, using this app. My phone rang silently and missed an important call back. But they called back directly on my phone later on...

Waste of time when you are told by one nurse they can assist then after investing your time to be told that they can't help you. And I just needed referrals renewed based on the original referral from a doctor.

500 words is not enough to rant about Kelly Anderson. She was late for the appointment. She was unprofessionally slouched on her couch. She was a second opinion from the last practitioner so she went straight in to belittling the last referral I got. She had the facial expressions of a mean girl in high school and the drawled out winey voice to go with it of someone who believes they are right and you are wrong. Never want to speak with her again. She is rude and needs to find a new profession.
