O AntiZika é um aplicativo para ajudar a mapear os focos do mosquito Aedes Aegypti. Por meio do AntiZika, a pessoa pode tirar uma foto do lugar que contém um foco de larvas do mosquito Aedes Aegypti. O aplicativo detecta automaticamente a sua localização por meio do GPS.
Dessa forma, é possível mapear os focos de Aedes Aegypti da sua cidade, e gerar um banco de dados para ajudar aos agentes de saúde no combate desse mosquito.
Toda vez que uma pessoa colabora com o AntiZika ela ganha um ponto que o aplicativo usa para posicionar a pessoa em um raking dos maiores colaboradores do mapeamento de focos de larvas do mosquito Aedes Aegypti.

O Aedes Aegypti se prolifera geralmente em grandes reservatórios, como caixa d’água, galões e tonéis, pneus velhos, vasos de plantas, calhas entupidas, garrafas, lixo a céu aberto, bandejas de ar-condicionado, poço de elevador, entre outros.
