Tanto no app quanto no site se você quer fazer uma nova busca, você tem que
voltar desde o início, escolhendo plano, cidade. E agora o app resolveu
travar.

Péssima experiência, função de rolagem para de funcionar depois da 1°
pesquisa. Impossível de filtrar atendimento por plano, aparecem mesmo
aqueles que não são cobertos.

Usabilidade terrível. Aleḿ disso, não cosingo usar o scroll para visualizar todos os médicos/clinicas

O telefone é cheio de recursos e a Unimed faz um sistema de busca arcaico. Deveria, no mínimo, sugerir locais de atendimento próximos ao aparelho (pronto socorros por exemplo). A busca deveria ser amigável e não sequencial como se eu estivesse usando um catálogo em papel. Aplicativo nos moldes do século passado!
