Can't even use or sign up without a link or referral code.

Terrible. Given this app is for vulnerable people and it is given to you when you self refer through the NHS for therapy it is not fit for purpose. The AI is dumber than any chat bot I've ever encountered and the only solutions it ever suggests for anything is meditation or breathing exercises. Totally useless and almost certainly only set up to harvest data like most government funded apps.

Helps to organise your thoughts with anxiety etc, and reframe them. I would definitely recommend

Is okay, but I feel slightly gaslighted when missing check-ins, and the 'typing' animation makes me anxious and impatient when chatting. I'll check settings and this might be a me problem to be honest.

Ive lost count of the amount of times this app has asked me if Im feeling like I want to kill myself. Doesn't exactly help when u just want someone to talk to.
