The bluelights from phone, tablet & computer screens trick your brain into thinking it's day time so your brain won't produce melatonin which is needed for sleep so this app is important AND it's great to be able to check the time in the middle of the night and not be blinded by intense bright light. You can control how much you darken the light too. I've had this app for years & I always will!
