Whatever we eat is converted into necessary elements like glucose sucrose etc. with the assistance of water. It avoids dehydration in our body and allows the kidneys to purify our blood. The waste products of our body are thrown out of our body through kidney which we term as urine. So in another way it helps keeping our body clean.
