Work one-on-one (Private) or with a friend (Duo) to fully enjoy the Pilates method using all of the equipment in our Equipment studio.
Private sessions are a perfect way to help with any physical injuries that may inhibit you from participating in Group Classes or that you may be post-rehabilitating.

Suitable for all ages, from beginner to advanced participants, you’ll get customized sessions that are tailored to your goals and needs.
Private or Duo sessions are recommended for all new participants to Pilates, to help assess and offer any modifications that might be helpful for the participant when entering Group classes — these are not mandatory, but a very effective way to get the most out of your workouts.

Reformer/Tower Control Level 1 is your next level Reformer group class after your Reformer Foundations. Here you’ll gain strength, flexibility and control as you work with spring resistance on the most popular piece of Pilates equipment. Understanding the foundations and essence of Pilates movements will work your whole body and you’ll have fun!

The bootybarre® method is a Pilates based barre workout that incorporates elements of dance as well as yoga, into a full body, cardio and muscle class set to music. bootybarre® PLUS uses light hand weights to sculpt your upper body with high reps and low weights. Sculpt arms, chisel legs and define all of the key areas that you didn’t even know existed! This is a really fun class that’ll have you smiling as you do it, but remembering it the next day.

Beach Pilates’ Far Infrared Sauna Spin Room is currently the ONLY studio of
its kind in the world, providing a medical grade Far Infrared heat with room temperature set between 35-40 degrees C.

Far Infrared heat is the most natural way to warm your body and is safer than sunshine (no harmful UVs). More importantly, it doesn’t raise your core body temperature so it is less stressful on your heart and lungs than a traditional high temperature electric or wood-fired sauna.

The gentle infrared elements are carefully designed so the interior environment feels like a warm day, NOT a volcano. The infrared heat is natural, just like sun beaming through a south facing window on a cold day, or heat reflected onto the soles of your feet when walking on a beach. Our ceramic elements/heaters are high in silica.
