Open the app together, start a round of Phub'd! and put your smartphone away. Whoever unlocks his or her smartphone first is Phub'd! and will have to make up for the unsociable behaviour with a very sociable challenge: talking in slow motion, playing music with your armpits, moonwalking around the table…

So if your friends or family are paying more attention to their smartphone than to the people around them, open the Phub'd! app together and make the time you spend together truly sociable again.

How does it work?
- Everyone opens the Phub'd! app.
- Somebody starts a round of Phub'd!
- Others join in by scanning a QR code.
- Everyone locks his or her smartphone.
- You spend some quality time together.
- Whoever unlocks his or her smartphone first ... is Phub'd!
- The loser gets a sociable assignment to make up for the unsociable behaviour.
- You start a new round.

An app against phubbing

Phub'd! is an app that helps you to avoid phubbing. Phubbing happens when you pay more attention to your phone than to the people around you. Ever since the arrival of the smartphone, everyone seems to be phubbing. We often do it unknowingly and unintentionally, but it's unsociable and it interrupts the good flow.

That's why Telenet is launching the Phub'd! app: a great solution to make those unsociable moments sociable again. It makes your smartphone part of the solution to a problem that it itself has caused. How ironic!

So why this app?
Your smartphone allows you to be sociable and in touch with your friends anytime, anywhere.
