About this app

Dankzij Help Me is de begeleider slechts één knop verwijderd van de hulpbehoevende. Deze Apps maken het mogelijk de begeleider / hulpbehoevende 24/7 vragen te stellen of te tonen wat je zorgen baart. Doordat alle Z-apps gekoppeld worden aan een webapplicatie kan de plaats van de oproepen gelokaliseerd worden.

Opgelet: Nieuwere Android toestellen hebben extra batterijbesparende instellingen standaard geactiveerd. Dit kan er voor zorgen dat de notificaties die je moeten verwittigen dat er iemand contact wil opnemen niet tijdig getoond worden. We willen benadrukken dat het daarom belangrijk is om batterijbesparende maatregelen af te zetten voor deze app (of volledig uit te schakelen) en notificaties van deze app te markeren als hoge prioriteit die ook weergegeven mogen worden op je startscherm en indien je toestel in de 'stil'-stand staat (Zie ook de instellingenpagina in de app -> notificaties). De menustructuur van android verschilt voor verschillende versies en fabrikanten. Test de app door je toestel, zonder het aan de lader te koppelen, gedurende een uur stil neer te leggen en dan een geprek te starten waarbij het toestel verwittigd moet worden.
