About this app

We offer a non-physical personal coach with evolving schemes. The athlete gets the choice: what does he want to train: cardio, weight loss or muscle gain and this with or without weights / devices. When the athlete has chosen an option, he is offered a few schedules per option. Once the athlete has chosen a schedule, he determines how many days a week he wants to play 2, 3, 4 or 5. This will be placed in a calendar where the athlete himself can indicate his days when he can exercise. He also receives a notification when he has to exercise the day he has indicated; in this way he is naturally motivated to play sports. The exercises are explained on the basis of videos, these only show the movement. The muscle (s) with which they are trained are mentioned in the exercise. The athlete writes down how much he has done with each exercise and so he can compare his performance every week.
