Easy to use, works well but... Needs a way for you to "check out". As an infrequent shopper (I prefer online and only going direct to where I need to), it makes it look like I've spent many hours in one place, when it might only be a few minutes. Your safety alerts give a 'window' of time when patrons were in a store... Why not offer this within the app so we can check ... Not be left wondering "now when did I leave that store?". A code to swipe on entry and one on exit... Simple!

Useless for me. I took my tablet with me; don't have a mobile phone. The store had a Code at the door but nobody used it. I tried to use it, but the app advised me I had no internet connection. Apparently it's not smart enough to save the data & upload when there IS an internet connection. Therefore no good for tablets, no good outside mobile coverage, and no good if you're out of data. (No staff member or sign-in sheet at the store door, either.)

Functional... Ish. There's one major issue. If the app is in anyway open or in the background when you scan a barcode from the system camera, when the app opens it says that you're checking in at the last location you checked in at again, not the one you literally just scanned. And checking my logs it's happened quite a few times without me realising.

As indicated by others, I also experience the issue where if you have not clicked on 'Done' after checking in at a venue, the next time you scan a QR code from the phone camera app at another venue (which then opens the check-in app), the app attempts to check you in to the previous venue again. I then need to go back and scan from the check-in app itself.

Never thought I would see the day where I am forced to check in just to go about my daily life. Complete invasion of privacy. Forced to have our phone on us and also use our data. My elderly parents do not have smart phones and have been turned away from places- nowhere is offering an alternative like you say they are. It is deterrent for some people and therefore businesses suffer. No checkout also makes the whole idea a waste of time for your "contact tracers".

Tried to help someone install the app but she couldn't fill in her details once we'd installed it because she didn't have an email address and there was no option for a street address on the app, as there is with businesses. Street address should be an option on the app, as it is on the business form.
