Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing CliniHelp on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

I have Chronic Fatigue. It is hard to concentrate. I tried to fill in an entire week's worth of data, as the app demands. I gave up. It takes too much energy. Looks like somebody just put a weekly chart into an app. A shame. Make it daily or be able to put data in as meals are taken and it'd be usable. The week-long "frame of mind" questions are also hard to complete. Too many to do at once. And in my experience the answers are usually the same and some are not applicable. The slider is hard to use too.

After initial questionnaire, no daily rating chart available. Stopped working immediately after questionnaire accepted.

CliniHelp is a comprehensive record-keeping tool specifically designed for patients suffering from:
- Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS);
- Multiple Sclerosis (MS); and
- Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA).

CliniHelp helps you to record your symptoms and track your condition on a weekly basis by keeping detailed records of information relevant to CFS, MS and RA. Your records are conveniently stored in your mobile phone as PDF documents and can be accessed anytime. You can provide these records to your health practitioners who can use this to make better informed decisions in managing your condition.

The information entered by you will be sent to Griffith University, Brisbane / Gold Coast, Australia. This information will help our researchers to better understand CFS, MS and RA. We ultimately hope this would lead to better treatments and diagnostics. The information sent to Griffith University will be anonymous and not include any personal identity details such as your name or address.
