Doesn't seem to be at all helpful. Mostly anything that appears to be potentially useful just leads to links. Very limited information here! Well out of date Hasn't been updated since June 2015, so I stopped there Still no action.

Was rather disappointed. It didn't contain the wonderful info on the website. I was hoping it included a food/exercise/levels diary or a recommendation for an Australian app for measuring GI. Will probably delete as it isn't really that useful
