Nice simple app to track progress but app keeps resetting to main screen part way through session. As a result, I end up restarting the session several times and then skipping through the exercises after I've finished just to be able to finish and rate the session. Very frustrating!

Not bad to keep track of your exercise schedule but could be 10x better when you compare to similar apps for tracking exercise schedule and timing, reps acheived, PBs, etc. Considering the physio are paying for this i thought it was going to be a lot better.

Just downloaded the app and there is no option to create an account???? Just a screen asking me to login. How the heck am I supposed to login to something Ive never used before or created an account for??? Useless.

About this app

TrackActive is a professional exercise prescription platform for use by health professionals working in physiotherapy, exercise physiology, exercise rehabilitation and strength and conditioning. The application is for patients/clients to download so that practitioners can send their prescribed program straight to their phone.

The application gives step-by-step directions when completing your program, and also allows you to log symptoms, program difficulty and progress. This information is then automatically sent back to your practitioner so they can keep track of your improvements.
