Outstanding app, allows the user to select which formula or even average multiple formulas to get a 1RM. Being a little older, I tend to lift lighter for more reps so I appreciate the option to get estimates from over ten rep sets. I haven't used it, but the logging for multiple lifts is a nice feature as well. Interface is well thought out and easy to use.

I compete in powerlifting and programming workouts can be difficult. So I was introduced the this app and was instantly hooked. The results were awesome, I didn't get 400lbs on bench press but the attempt was beautiful. My Deadlifts increased by 15lbs. I will be using and referring this app to everyone.....God Bless

Really great app to track 1 Rep Max. If you do a set of so many of an movement, it can calculate a theoretical 1 RM based on a variety of formulas you can choose. Great percentage based calculator for each movement that can be rounded to a preferred plate size based on what you have available. The one additional function that would make this 11/10 is a plate math calculator. Would be nice to choose a bar weight from the standard bar weights and maybe add a customized option for non-standard bars. The ideal function of the plate math calculator would be if you tap on the percentage of your 1 RM it pops a calculation of plates required to make the rounded weight selected.

This is more than a simple 1rm calculator. The best part about this app is the built in 5/3/1 calculator, where you can set the desired percentages of you TM. If I had to give just one advice, I'd say to add an 85% of TM option on the 5/3/1 calculator, as per the changes made in 5/3/1 Forever

I've used this app on iOs as well as on the droid and can say with confidence that it's great. Simple interface and easy to use. I've found that I rely on this app a lot to understand and track my theoretical 1RMs from session to session.

Safety precautions
The calculations performed in oneRM are based on validated formulas, still they can be only estimations of the real weight you might be able to handle and should be used as a guidance. Measuring your 1RM can put your body under great stress, so be sure to perform it under safe conditions.
Studies revealed that no more than 10 repetitions should be used in linear equations to estimate your 1RM.
We included the possibility to calculate your 1RM also for 10 to 20 repetitions, please be aware that any 1RM calculation that result from values over 10 repetitions can only be considered as rough estimation.
