New problem: when I access my chart>appts I can view the date/time/dr. If I want to view past appt notes I have to uninstall Piedmont Now and reinstall each and every time. What is the issue?

Not able to message my Doctor. Cannot remove all messages from old appointments. I also have it linked to my well star my chart.
