En momentos de crisis el realizar con rapidez una llamada de emergencia puede ser vital, ya sea por un accidente automovilístico, un incendio, un accidente del hogar o cualquier otra contingencia en el trabajo o el hogar.
Ante el stress de la situación olvidamos el número de emergencias de la institución, el familiar más cercano y después de la llamada en ocasiones no estamos seguros de lo que hablamos o la información facilitada.
Esta aplicación de forma sencilla tiene los principales números de emergencia para la policía, bomberos, cruz roja, aseguradoras y servicios básicos, así como dos números pre-registrados a decisión del usuario.
Hemos considerado importante la grabación de estas llamadas de emergencia, considerando que cuando se dan situaciones de estrés las personas tienden a olvidar o confundir lo que expresaron y es una ayuda para el recordatorio de la hora de la llamada , así como el esclarecimiento de alguna duda posterior referente a la emergencia.
Es conveniente avisar a la parte interlocutora que la llamada está siendo grabada.
