This app is absolutely amazing. I would have no problem paying for it if I had the money! Or an option for a cheaper monthly rate. It's hard to better your self when the stress of the cost of bettering yourself is too high. But otherwise it's enchanting, exhilarating and so calming! I ended up paying for It and I don't regret it one bit

I bought this outright bc of the reviews the other day & an in-app offer. I expected it to work with how my brain processes things. I have been meditating, using brainwaves, etc. for decades. I wanted to try something new. Sadly, the narrator talks so fast it caused anxiety. It took forever to load the stories, sometimes canceling itself out. I tried it multiple times over a few days. I did all the normal clearing, rebooting, etc. I've emailed the issues & requested a refund on 10/14/22.

I've only just started using this app but even still - the graphics are UNBELIEVABLY BEAUTIFUL; the narrator has an amazing and appropriately emotional (or realistic) voice; and the background sound effects make it all come together like magic! I'm still curious about how its going to truly impact my every day reality, but I'm willing to give anything a shot! I can't meditate because I just fall asleep so something like this is HIGHLY ideal because it keeps me too engaged to fall asleep. Thanks!

This popped up when I was meditating on YT. Since it had high recommendations I checked it out for someone I know who is depressed. Upon downloading and clicking on the options for personal growth, the choices were limited to problems I do not have, but I chose a few anyway to experience the app. It is very good and can see how it will help.. If the person will commit to doing it. This is very well made and I will continue so that I can know more about it when telling others.

I am new to self help but this program is GREAT. The way it teaches you a little at a time, the stories to help you retrain your brain to work/think in a better way & I LOVE the meditation. It has a great wake-up, mid-afternoon & bedtime routine that is super simple but VERY effective . My only complaint, the parts you read, automatically switches pages on its own & moves WAY too fast, & I'm a fast reader.

I have only used the free version so far and tbh, I can't imagine how the paid version could actually be even better! The UI, simplistic yet beautiful, easy to understand, navigate. Narrative voice over-easy on the ears/nerves. I'm absolutely impressed and recommend to everyone. I personally will be networking, spreading the word about this application!
