The pause button adds 1-2km's each time you pause run. Also, my sister, her husband and my mam registered with same email, now can't access the app at all.

Keeps crashing and losing complete workout, really poor app

Really poor. I'm using it for a good cause, but the app is both extremely basic and extremely slow to use. Takes an age for pages to load. Very little information available within the app, can't even view the map of run you have done previously. I'll continue to use it to track my distance for the good cause I've signed up for but will been uninstalling as soon as that completes.

Tracking doesn't work, roughly 25% of distance is not recorded (compared to my FitBit device). Consider adding the option to import data from external tracking devices!

Lousy! Doesn't record huge chunks of a run or loses it altogether. Extremely glitchy and badly designed! Should have link to garmin or fitbit. Completely unreliable and irritating!

Disappointing & frustrating. App is inefficient, it can take a while to open. It regularly malfunctions and does not track accurately.
