This app is amazing. It has so many catogories for affirmations. It has audio affirmations and so much more 5 stars. Itt runs smoothly in the back ground and doesn't ask for access to camera or contacts.

I stopped using this app for a while and I have noticed a huge decline in my motivation since I have. I got a new phone and have not been using all of my apps from the old one, but I have started to use it again as of today. I love it. It is very empowering. And I even like the lock screen feature, you have to say an affirmation before unlocking your screen. You can bypass it super quick if you wanted to, but I often catch myself and make myself go back and read it. Great app.

It's a great foundation. I'd personally favor seeing an added mechanism to interact your conscious mind with your subconscious mind in order to train them both along the same or a similar alignment.

I like this app but it never stays as on the lock screen more than a day or so very annoying I don't know what I have to do to get it to stay on longer. I have a S10 phone. Please provide guidance.

Definitely helps stay positive woke up already 30 minutes late for work had a bunch of deliveries and all should've gone wrong but just seeing those affirmations helped me phenomenally
