I like this app, even though it could use a few more features. For what it currently does, I appreciate the reminders, the different types of exercises/stretches, and the instructions. I feel better when I do them. I wish I could keep a list of exercises I cannot do (I have 2 knee replacements). It would also be great if I could make custom lists -- e.g. "exercises I can do in the office without looking weird". Also, if I could set a length of time for a walk, and get a nudge halfway through.

I love the idea of this app. Sometimes it works flawlessly, But unfortunately it often glitches. Somehow, for many of the exercise sessions, a screen pops up that covers the exercise pictures. That asks me why I want to skip the exercise. I did not. In fact, click on the screen that I wanted to click the exercise, and there is no way to close this box so you can see the exercise. I usually end up just skipping the whole session at that point. If this could be fixed, the app would be five stars.

I downloaded this app year ago and it was free to have reminders and exercises at the setting of your choice. I loved it and recommended this app to my co-workers. I since got a new phone and had to sign again and now it requires me to buy the subscription to have the same services. What a bummer. You just lost a customer.

You can't do anything with the app unless you buy a subscription. All you can do with the free version is have it remind you to get up which an alarm can do already. Every time I'd get a reminder to stretch, it'd show the stretch but when I'd click "start" it would say that I needed to buy a subscription. Very disappointed.

Really like this app but crashes often. Locks up and I have to stop the app regularly. Update: I recently reinstalled the app and it was working fine for a while but now it seems to lock up whenever I try to take a break. Too bad. I really like the app otherwise. I'll still give it 3 stars because when it works properly it's great!

Really good app to keep me active during my long study sessions! I love the session length controls so I can fit it in my break durations and the number of variety of activities available to choose from.

About this app

StretchMinder is a wellness coach made for those with desk jobs and those who sit for long periods of time. While everyone can benefit from adding regular low-impact exercises into their daily routine, it is especially beneficial for those with ADHD [1], RSI, and chronic pain conditions like Fibromyalgia [2].

Get reminded to take a break from your chair, move around and stretch. Customize your work break schedule, and set your workouts between 2-7 minutes at a time so that you can easily fit a short workout in between your next task or meeting.

We are on a mission to make movement a movement. Our world has never been more sedentary, and the latest research has shown that just because you get in an hour of exercise a day does not account for the rest of the hours you spend bound to your chair.
