Hi I'm using my partner's account, my name is Kayla! This app is amazing! Whenever I have a panic/anxiety attack, feel stressed or depressed I use the breathing technique. It truly works! This app is the only one that has helped me calm down from my attacks and distract my thoughts.

I just downloaded it. It might be a good game but the English in this game is rather odd and I am not sure if I answered the questions accurately because I am not sure if I understood them as the writer intended. In the results page I had some trouble understanding the categories because I knew all the words I just was not sure what they meant in context. This stressed me out and made me feel axious so I am unsure weather this app will be good for me due to the strange wording.
