I really love this app. I use it every day. However, yesterday I tried to continue the live challenges- I was doing 21 days of mindfulness- and they weren't at the bottom of the home page. I was abt 4 days in, so not far, but it was frustrating as I was looking forward to that. I tried refreshing the app, deleting it and installing again, but since yesterday (1/2/23) I haven't been able to do/find the live challenges.

I don't subscribe to paying for apps like this and things of the sort. However, i am considering doing so with this particular one. I no longer listen to music on my walks, i found myself listening to this app. The sessions guide you on feelings and emotions. It is relatable. I'm learning that meditation has more to do with just falling asleep at night. It's also about centering self and handling emotions and anxiety. I have been incorporating this app into my daily life. It helps

I have been using this app for 2 years and I love it. It helps me sleep and I think the sleep stories are actually pretty interesting. The challenges are fun and I like the other meditations. The only thing I don't like is that I've listened to every single sleep meditation and wish there were new ones. I also wish there were more new stories and part three of the blue bird and the bamboo cutter would be released! Other than that I still use this app almost every night and it really helps.

This is by far my favorite meditation app. It has themed guided meditations that really help me focus. The music and voices are very soothing and the topics help to deal with many different issues that we all face every day. It also has a question afterwards that you can write and reflect on as well as how youre feeling that day. I have struggled as a new practitioner and this app has helped me stick to it more than anything else ever has.

I absolutely love this app. I pay for premium with no regrets. I really only use the sleep section. The stories are great. I just wish there were more stories over 30 minutes. I tend to listen to them same ones. I wish there was a way to load 5 or so stories into a session so you could just go to sleep. Sometimes if im struggling to sleep, the stories end and I have to pick another and try again. Thats my biggest complaint/wishful addition. Other than that. I use it everyday and will continue:)

This app needs work. I've spent so much time meditating with this app and paying the annual sub, and for the 7th time, the app is not working properly. Some days, it does not register what you do or flat-out erases it. I contacted support 2 months ago about this, and they just said they were gonna send the issue to the techs, and they would get back to me, and they never did. I have alre canceled my subscription and am not going to renew it that's for damn sure. Too bad I can't Gove it 0 stars.
