This is an excellent app. it's free too. it really works. The response for help is immediate. You put in your medical information and you can add additional information too. Instead of trying to remember all my info when the doctor and at triage asks for information I just give them my phone. They are always greatful, because everything is there. I recommend this app.

The app is very easy to use and great for me as I have extensive medical issues and instead of it taking 20 minutes to describe all of my diagnosises and my long list of medications now I can just hand my phone to the medical personnel treating me. I also love the option to access the information from my lock screen...if I am unable to do it, paramedics can have immediate access to my information, including my emergency contact info.

I still think it's a great product but the banner when your phone is not off but not being used when you pick it up it's supposed to come on and you see the banner and that doesn't happen now it happens only every other time. That's not good because of a paramedic went to look and it wasn't there that would spell trouble for you. It works great and I have a lot of medical problems that people need to know about ingreqt an emergency
