DOC 24 app is a billing/appointment administration app that facilitates the billing and connection of patients to their local doctors who would use the doctor version of the app.
Patients will use the patient version to book appointment with the doctor of their choice.
Doctors can sign up on the doctor app to meet clients and patients who are interested in booking appointments with them.
No emergency services will be offered by these Doctors, only routine check ups and basic treatment which the doctor will be responsible for , not the company.
The app is just a connection and billing system to facilitate the meeting and payment of the interaction between the doctors and patients.
These services include:
1. diagnosing and treating illness
2. dealing with minor trauma or suturing
3. prescriptions
4. providing advise and care
5. counseling and checking chronic parameters for chronic illness
8. General check ups
9. Providing time off for those who require bedrest and recovery.
Demorgraphically Target Market of app users: Parents, elderly, teenagers, chronic illnesses, school teachers, businessmen, traders , holiday makers, general population.
Wealthy suburbs, Retirement homes, sporting clubs, companies/industries, hotels, gyms, apartment blocks, fitness industry.
These patients may be patients who require home visits or to meet the doctor at a location of their choice example workplace.
Some examples of patients whom will use the app:
Require a doctor to see to them without having to suffer the inconvenience to leave thier homes and wait in a doctors office or casualty department.
Those who are fear going to medical facilities, those who feel that their problem is important to be seen to but may be too minor to actually go out to the doctor or casualty department.
· Would like testing done such as HIV test and counseling or blood work.
· Parents with children whom they are concerned may be ill.
· Chronic prescriptions and chronic illnesses weekly checkups if needed. Or Monthly visits with meds/prescriptions
· Those from foreign countries or cities whom need a doctor but do not speak the language or know any doctors in the area.
· Those who want to know the credentials ,achievements and traits + reviews of their doctor all at the touch of a button.
· People who have psychiatric issues and need to see a doctor to talk and discuss issues they are dealing with.
· Those who want to be treated at home or work or out or in their hotel rooms.
· Those with ill chronically or elderly family members whom they will be leaving alone whilst they are away and want to know that their family member can be checked on whilst they are in another area/city/country from remote
· Elective treatments or procedures such as aesthetics in certain cases and IV Vitamin drips
· Link up with hospitals. Patients to download app on discharge.
The App will work be as follows
The app founder has no part in the doctor patient encounter but screens doctors though screening centres before they start working for the app

Patient chooses from doctors on call in the area and sends a message with brief description
e.g “my child has a fever
“ child has put something up their nose needs removal”
“I had unprotected sex I need contraception or prophylaxis for HIV”
“im feeling ill and vomiting please come treat me”
“I feel dizzy please assist, or I cut my finger need stitches?”
“I cannot go to work and I need a note as I am unwell”
Doctors sign up after going through a screening process of criteria which will follow. All approved and certified.
Can be on call from wherever they are using GPS signal, exactly like Uber , as well as Uber eats and SweepSouth.
