No explanation for what the colors will be used (on the first screen) Selecting my triggers is confusing. If I knew my triggers, I wouldn't need this app. Make it (more) optional? The second screen is asking for what I ate today. Nothing yet. So I can't use the app then? Can't log symptoms? What's with the two rows of food search results? What's the diff between "Granola" and "granola"? Weird UX. Date-time picker is ugly. No widget/shortcut to log meal/symptoms. I don't want to open app for it.

I have only been using this app for a about a week. App is more intuitive than others I have tried for adding foods and symptoms. However the proper use of this app is mystery. A short 'getting started' video or some FAQ would help. This app seems only to show you what you put in, no analysis of which foods correlate with symptoms. FODmap highlighting for me is not useful

The first app that convices me properly! I like the way it is visualised and how easy it is to use and adapt. But what convinced me most is that I had a bug yesterday, where my export to pdf wasn't working and I contacted their customer service and I got a reply within a few hours and today the bug was fixed and a new version released. I have rarely seen such fast and helpful response from a (partially) free app! Great service :)

I really love this app - the only thing I would really like to add is some sort of ingestion to digestion impact timer - just to make it easier to understand when the food could be impacting symptoms more clearly.

This app does nothing to help me understand what different foods do to me. It's just a lig with lines going up and down for symptoms. Not impressed at all.

The paid version is not worth it: plenty of foods are not labelled so you're never sure whether they are low FODMAP or not. The idea of the app is ok but execution could be better, for instance it should be possible to zoom on the graph. When you have several symptoms, the graph becomes quite easily a coloring mess

About this app

Simply track what you eat, your symptoms and moods and Endive will help you identify correlations in a visual graph form.

Food is a common trigger of digestive symptoms. Avoiding certain foods or keeping a low FODMAP diet can dramatically improve issues like gas, bloating, stomach pain, diarrhoea, constipation and others.

However, everyone is different and there is no one-size-fits-all IBS diet: Keeping a diary of what you eat and how you feel is vital to learning what triggers your symptoms.

Take charge of your digestion and gut health.

📉PERSONALISED TRACKER
Add custom foods and symptoms that are personal to you and track them together with the others. Endive knows recipes and breaks them down into ingredients to make IBS tracking faster and more efficient.

If you have a condition you know about, but want to optimise your diet to help improve your symptoms, Endive helps you keep track of what you have eaten and how you feel, both physically and psychologically. This allows you to learn how your body reacts to different foods 🥑, or which triggers (e.g. anxiety, depression) are causing you symptoms.

📊WIDE RANGING TRACKER

Endive helps you manage conditions such as:

✅ IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome)
✅ IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease)
✅ Food intolerance and sensitivities (such as Dairy, Wheat/Gluten, Lactose)
