About this app

Care Direct is an all-in-one solution developed for patients, family members and carers, which uses the latest technologies in order to combat loneliness and provide a higher level of care in the community.
Our mobile app allows care professionals and family members to monitor, care for and interact with service users 24/7 without being physically present.
The app delivers real-time push notifications to carers when an incident is detected, allowing you to view the data collected from the products and even talk directly to the user.
The app allows each relative to be linked to more than one person being cared for, and enables relatives to interact with each other via messaging and video calls, all within the private environment of your Care Direct contact group.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a companion app for the suite of home monitoring and wearable devices provided by Care Direct Technology Ltd. The app serves no purpose outside the context of the Care Direct platform, and you must login to the app with valid credentials before you can use any features of the app. To login to the app you must first be invited by another Care Direct user and enter the Activation Code received in that invitation email, or you must have received an email from Care Direct with your temporary login password.

* Remotely monitor the activity from all Care Direct devices including our home sensors, Smart Hub, Smart Watch, Personal Alarm and our indoor cameras.
* Video Call with other Care Direct users in your contact group
* View the live feed from indoor cameras but ONLY when an SOS or Fall alert occurs
* Play simple in-app games with your loved ones to help combat isolation and loneliness
* Configure and view the patient's steps and heart rate history
* View the live location of a patient wearing the Smart Watch or Personal Alarm when they go past a configured geofence boundary
* Share photos with your relatives who are using the Care Direct Smart Hub, so that they appear on the slideshow on that screen
* Manage the Shopping List items requested by your loved ones
* Configure the Care Direct products for those you are caring for.
