In acest fel este usor de controlat numarul de calorii pe care il mananci la o masa sau intr-o zi.

Aplicatia calculeaza numarul de calorii pe baza gramajului introdus de tine pentru fiecare ingredient folosit.
Calculele facute sunt amanuntite, poti vedea fiecare ingredient in parte, dar si un total al fiecarei mese si nu in ultimul rand, un total al intregii zile.

Pe langa totalul de calorii calculat automat, aplicatia iti afiseaza si proteinele, lipidele si carbohidratii folositi, la acelasi nivel de detaliu.

La finalul zilei, puteti vedea in procente cat reprezinta din ce ati mancat in acea zi carbohidrati, cat lipide si cat proteine.
