it's a great app. heard about sheiko since last year but never really tried the program because i'm too lazy to do all the calculations. this app makes life a lot easier for a lifter. because of this app i'm gonna do sheiko since all the calculations are done for me using this app. will be doing 3 different sheiko cycles before my potential first meet in september. was thinking of buying the SheikoDroid pro as my way of showing support...but too bad "this item cannot be installed in your device's country." well, maybe later when google expands their service. this is a great app.

As for several other reviewers, I cannot seem to get this to run. I get a screen saying nothing to do despite several attempts to input IRM for every lift. Changing IRM, programme or day etc has no effect. Frustrating App as I wouldn't consider myself to be a dummy and others seem to have discovered how to use it.

Easy and simple! Takes the hassle out of spreadsheets and papers in the gym, considering it's free, I couldn't ask for any more! Ads aren't really in the way either! Superb. For the 3 people who rated 1 star because it says nothing to do, try adding your maxes in the options screen

As with many others I was tripped up by the nothing to do error. Please developer check all exercises in the options menu by default. Or have a more obvious button on the home screen its not obvious. Simple ui but does the job

Hi, thanks for making this. I see a discrepancy between the programming in this app and what I see from ChaseT's spreadsheet for program 29 week 1 day 2 regarding dips. It should be 5x5, in the app it's 5x8. Thanks =]

App wont even work properly. Have tried d/loading and installing 5 times. Still says 'nothing to do' tjen say go to menu. Big waste of time

About this app

Punch in your 1RM benchpress, squat and deadlift, and let the Russian powerlifting mastermind Boris Sheiko decide what your training routine should look like. Supports two versions of the popular program #29 (B1) and #37 (B2) along with #30 which are all four week programs. Please leave any suggestions for improvements under comments. Enjoy!

New features

A lot of different sheiko spreadsheets are out on the internet and not all of them are in accordance with each other. I have decided to use the spreadsheet from elitefts for all programs.
This means that the numbers of the programs have changed. What used to be 29 is now 37. 29v2 is now 29.
Thank you Patrick for pointing this out to me!
Please send e-mails with suggestions for improvement to contact@tdk-consult.dk
Kind regards
