This is almost exactly what I needed. It allows you to keep track of multiple medications per day, including different times each was given. There is also the ability to wrote notes and comments, so each medication can have a detailed explanation effectiveness, use, etc. My only wish is that it consistently put meds in order by time given, not by name of the medication.
