it's ok, says you dont have to be wifi connected, it will update when you re connect to wifi, wrong! i have to keep switching on my own data because I cant always log in and out properly if I don't, so annoying. keeps saying calls cant be below 1% when I've actually been there the full time.

This app it's came like a pain in the back...every time when I login it's stop working, every time when I put my password it's stop working, the app is block every time ...we are carers we can spend time with that...not recommended.

Ask me at every call how I got there - obviously I'm not going to get out of my car to use a bus??? and says I'm 5806 KM from every call - what a waste of money, why don't they do something useful like stop 15min calls, pay us more or include travel time between calls. Well done desk jockies.
