About this app

Log your exercise program with this simple app. Simple drag and drop the colored icons from the Allocated section to the appropriate meal. Its visually easy to tell how many icons are left for the day. You can even make a note of what you ate for that meal.

There is even a workout section to log the exercise of the day.

A Yellow Check will mark the days when you have started a Meal Plan. This will allow you to see which days you have not needed to use up all the icons. If you use up all the icons for the day, it will change to a Green Check.
