I would have given it 0 stars, but that wasn't an option. I used the free app and was very impressed, so I purchased the pro option and it never installed. I tried downloading onto another device and google play claims that it is downloaded, but I was charged and it was not. The free version isn't even downloaded any longer. Please refund.** UPDATE - c'mon now... what's up? I cancelled through g-play, and purchased again to give you guys another try - and still no go. You're going to lose a bunch of cash like this. Not sure if I'll give you another go.
