The free sample instantly relaxed me. I have been suffering from ocd and depression for years and the insomnia that went with it. Therapy and medication never has helped like this. This was immediate. Nothing except one person can ever relax me when I'm in an ocd/depressive state. But this did. This may have just saved my life. I can't wait to try the others!
