Very helpful and informative. The app allows you to explore the muscles, nerves and bones in detail, pick the muscles you would like to train and even helps you find answers/exercises to any pain you may be experiencing. Additionally, you can either choose to follow a pre-set guideline/workout routine or choose from a list of exercises that suits your needs.

I used it for the exercise challenges and for hime workouts and it was an overall pleasant experience. It would be good if you could pause and start the workout timer for when something distracts you but I guess the lack of that causes you to focus till you finish. Still a 5/5.
