So far this is the only app I've found that allows you to set how many times a day you want to do it, squeeze time and relax time and how many per set. The only problem I have with it (which is the same I had two years ago when I used it) is that it doesn't always send you the reminders you set. It's usually ok for the first week and then nothing or hit and miss so unless you're on top of your game you'll forget to do them. But I do like the program options which is what I need to have.

i love it so far but the only problem is the notifications dont work even though ive got them turned on. and the app freezes every time i try to edit the notification times edit: notifications fixed now thanks! much more handy than using a reminder in a whole different app & also fun to hear my phone meow

i paid for this app so i can be reminded to do my kegel exercises, and the notifications dont even work! the only time i get notifications is when i plug in my phone, which isnt exactly useful.
