This is one hell of a workout people who think they have great legs strenght this app will show you where you actually stand 15-20 mins thats the max you can bare total leg workout for ultimate strength though i think few of the features should be free so as to increase the number of people wanting to use this app efficiently

This app is advertised by misleading the audience. The announcer states that it is free but much of the content requires a subscription. This is the same as buying a new appliance and saying it comes with a free box. I recommend staying that the app is free for download, a custom program is available for free and there are preset workout programs that require a subscription.

This is a scam. Most of the links try to force a payment and the actual app does not include any instructions. Just listings of exercises you will have to look up yourself. Better to just use an online video.
