I made these cards to keep training simple: red upper body, black core, green lower body. Now with the thanks to Ashley we now have the vertuial cards to flip and shuffle. Try out a 20min workout progressing from card to card. Check the number of reps and level on flip side and build your fitness at home or in the gym. Cover all areas of the body and start to get stronger and fitter.
