This app is exactly what I was looking for! It is easy to use because it simply tracks the number of servings of each food type I am targeting each day. Two seconds to log in a meal or snack, & I'm done. No searching for foods, scanning bar codes, or taking all that time inputting how much of each food I've eaten. As an added bonus, the customer service is fantastic. I had some trouble with the app when I first downloaded it, & they worked with me until it was working the way it should. Highly recommended!

Best App Ever! Before finding this I had downloaded over 10 apps trying to get to a program like this. It is easy and does not get caught up in calories, good vs. bad food. It is a positive way to track your daily input vs. using a paper meal plan.

This is just the simplicity of a food tracking program I was looking for. I love how eaily I can see what I have left to meet my daily goal. I use this w a simple food/calorie tracking program(noom pro) so I can track my daily caloric intake. The combonation is perfect for keeping me on track! However, I do not like the fact that you can not edit the day before if u forgot to check something. What does the green heart represent?

I used this to track Medifast meals since their app isn't good. I just edited the groups to represent the five meals, the lean & green meal, healthy snack, healthy fat, water intake and exercise. Would love a spot to record weight. Then it would be perfect! :) Thank you.

One suggestion, I noticed you have a ability to set half portions but no icons for them. I go around that by doubling my daily portions . So instead of three meat portions I set my limit for 6. Then I don't have to remember to carryover half portions. But it would be helpful to have half icons.

This is a very simple app. All it really consists of is the ability to set the number of portions you are aiming for in a day. Then, you check them off. You can set half-portions in your goals. But, you can only check off full portions (or a 0.5 portion, if you set, for example, a 3.5 portion goal for Meats). You can also rename food groups, which is useful for certain plans. What I find puzzling is that this is a check-off system rather than a check-in system. If I go over on fats, I can't log it because I've already logged my allowances for the day. So, it's essentially crossing off what you are logging, rather than adding it up. It also requires Adobe Air to be installed. Mostly disappointing; but, perhaps useful for some people.
